Interim CFO & Finance Director
As an Interim CFO I support owners, CEOs and managing directors of small and mid-sized companies when they need experienced financial leadership but do not want to add permanent headcount yet. I bring decades of international experience in senior finance roles across Europe and Latin America, including responsibility for multi-country P&L, budgeting and performance management, as well as ERP and SAP implementations.
I work closely with management and existing finance teams to create transparency, strengthen processes and ensure that financial information becomes a practical tool for decision making - not just a reporting obligation.
